Hi! I am Suzy Vance.

I am a Conciliator and Life Coach.

Over the years, my work has included the practice of law, group-organizing, mediation, coaching, and conciliation.  As I have traveled on my journey of life, I have come to realize an important element in the success of a person (personally and professionally), a family, or a business is the ability to have difficult conversations and at the same time to feel safe and secure.  I help people do this at critical points in their lives.

Today I work with individuals, families, and small businesses who want to move forward.

For example

• I coach people of all ages who don’t know what to do next in their personal or professional lives

• I help families find resolution when they are faced with “life and death” choices

• I help resolve differences in small businesses when concerns extend beyond day-to-day business dealings

• I help deeply-wounded people have safe and profound conversations when they are ready to move beyond therapy.
